          The Kendall is a beautiful, wonderful, older building. It has beautiful architectural features in the style of the time it was built, but it is still an older building. The upgrades are done well, but features such as water pressure, elevator size, heating and air control, and electricity are somewhat lacking in convenience. I love the character of the building, but maintenance could be improved.
