      I was really hoping that the reviews on various sites for this complex were just a disgruntled resident. Sadly, I have found every bad review to be the truth. Housing prices are astronomical everywhere anymore, but you definitely arent getting a good deal signing a lease here. We are paying for amenities we cant use, dealing with constant account errors, lack of a maintenance team, and poor communication. The contractors that were hired to renovate these apartments did an awful job with consistent problems and awful cheap solutions that will no doubt cause more damages/cost in the long run. With the astronomical cost of rent, you would think there would be more employees to take care of the property. These consistent issues with the addition of surprise fees will have your actual monthly rent payment significantly larger than listed. Part of the community fee is a nonexistent pool, unopened community/work out center and AWFUL slow internet. While the employees that we have interacted with were helpful and friendly; the lack of employees/maintenance workers seems to be the biggest issue here. The company in charge of this place really needs to address this. It is unethical to charge residents for fees to nonexistent amenities.

      This is the worst ran apartment complex I've ever lived in or visited. I've had friends and family live in everywhere from Piccadilly to Bela Vista. I signed my lease to move into my apartment on the 1st of the month and paid rent,deposit, etc. The day before I went to verify the apartment would be ready and grab the keys. They were supposedly still "painting" and it hadn't even been clean. So I called the manager and told him it's unacceptable that I planned on moving in the following day. He said he understood and would have it taken care of and finished by that night. Well I went to check on it so I wasn't suprised when I arrived with all my things. And its absolutely disgusting! The apartment left unattended with sliding glass door wide open. It was obvious they were trying to mask the smell of dog and dirty carpet. You could tell they haven't painted anything and they were trying to spot clean. That's not even the worst part. When we went into kitchen I seen at LEAST 10 cockroaches running all around!!! It's ridiculous. They were quick to take our money but couldn't even be honest about when it would be ready. They are obviously slumlords. This is the NEW MANAGEMENT that claims to be remodeling and fixing things up. Now Im in a bind and will probably be charged a cancellation fee from uhaul. Do yourself a favor and FIND ANOTHER PLACE TO LIVE!! They showed us a apartment that was actually in better condition and claimed ours was being worked on. So we expected them to be the same or at least very similar.

      Rated a 2 because currently they are severely lacking in every department except the view and potential. The views are Amazing! On the golf course, beautiful grounds with trails that wrap around, mature trees. Definite potential to be THE PLACE to live if only....it was maintained. The place is literally falling down around us. The windows are original when built in 1976. Your hair blows in the wind, and they are shut. Everything is Original and slathered with a new thin layer of paint, I mean everything. The bathtubs, sinks, outlets, countertops, ALL covered in wall paint!! Nothing has been fixed or cleaned prior to painting. And the MOLD is a whole other story. It grows like the grass on the ground wherever possible, especially in the laundry and maintenance rooms, coming through the walls from leaking pipes. Water coming up through the flooring when it rains. Although, I haven't had any issues, my husbands relative was getting out of prison and his probation officer begged him not to move here. If that gives you an idea of it's reputation. And to beat all, they cost as much as The Vinings! LOL!! I could go on and on and on. But I think you get the idea. Just wanted to warn everyone. Oh and btw, there is new management, but so far, they won't fix anything either. My furnace has been broke for over 2 months , still they are trying to fix it, we use plug in heaters. I have seen them fix up a few to rent out, but really all they have done is RAISE THE RENT! So, you've been warned, rent at your own risk, and pocketbook!
