I inquired about a one bedroom apartment to see if one was available and if it had washer/dryer hook up. I did get a call back from the woman from the office. She was extremely polite however I am very disappointed since the bedroom she said would be available around Dec.1 was a lot higher than the prices noted on the website. I heard nice things about the complex but was very disappointed and feel this is false advertisement.

The apartment complex is beautiful. I had the benefit of being in The Reserve at The Pines, so there was a great wooded view off the back deck rather than looking at another building. Maintenance responded quickly to the few issues I had in my year there. The only issues I had were a lot of noise from the apartment above me, and noise complaints from below. I never heard anything from either side of me, but some sound dampening between floors would be great. Also, it is a bit pricey.

The staff was always polite, friendly and helpful. Whenever we had a maintenance issue it was taken care of promptly and professionally.
