I love living at the Reserve. My only complaint would be that for some reason, smells travel easily on my floor and the hallways sometimes smell strongly of whatever someone is cooking in other apartments (not a good smell!)

The units are very nice. The hardwood floors and new appliances, including in unti laundry, are a huge plus. The rooftop is outstanding from the furniture and TV to the beautiful views. The staff and manager are very easy to work with and accommodating to requests. As good a place to live downtown that I know of.
