Worst place ever to live. Maintance is non existent and everyone but Tonya is so rude you never want to deal with them. Please run as fast a possible.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! They are the worst apartment complex ever. They do not care about their tenants at all. The apartments are completely filthy and then they charge you at the end for their mistake. The outlets don't work. There are burn marks in the vinyl. Water leaks under the sink, paint all over the carpet, broken tile, sliding glass door doesn't even open, windows don't even open, place smells like mold, terrible customer service, and the list continues. There is NOT ONE thing decent about this apartment complex. STAY AWAY!!! They do not care at all. You will not get your deposit back at the end of the month. We made sure that the carpets were spotless, the floors were clean, and quite frankly that apartment looked 20 thousand times better than when moving in. Worst experience. Monarch has no business owning this apartment complex and the workers there have no business working there as well. NOBODY knows what CUSTOMER SERVICE is. Do not make the same mistake and move in the apartment complex, you will highly regret it! It is better to live in your car for a month or two until you can find another place than it is in this place!!!!!!!!! Pros: Loved the community. It was safe. Had no bug problem. Cons:Maintenance takes 3-4 weeks to come by and take a look at the issue.When we ended our lease we were charged extra for utilities which we did pay every month along with the rent. Still we were charged and when we called up the office and asked they said some stories stating they purchased this property by 2016 and details of year 2015 are not with them. We asked them to refund(for which we already did pay), and they said they are not going to do it. Too bad! So please be careful when you are asked to pay for something which you don't even have to pay. Take a look at the bills and question them if you are being charged extra.

Office staff was horrible to deal with. Had multiple problems with roaches in which took multiple calls to have someone take care of issue. Renters below our 2nd floor apartment were always loud and inconsiderate, music so loud that the bass would shake our floors. When requesting help from the office to solve the issue, their response was for us to "work it out". Would never recommend this complex to anyone, worst experience I have ever had!

Maintenance is horrible and the management staff is incompetent and very unwilling to help if you have a serious issue. I had a leak in my bathroom ceiling and they never came out to fix it. By the time I moved out the leak had turned into a hole the size of a small basketball and I had mold. The staff did NOTHING about it and tried to charge me for some of the damage. DO NOT RENT from there!

This place was HORRIBLE!! we had bed bugs twice because they refused to treat our aparment. Their excuse was that there was no way our apartment had them since nobody in our building complained of having them. They also had poor matinance (2 guys serving 277+ units!) Overall my experience was terrible. I would never recommend this place to anyone!

The health department closed the pool all the time during the summer which is disgusting. Also we lived on the bottom floor which had ants when we moved in and was never taken care of. Lori in the office is rude and lazy and threatened not to give back our entire deposit unless we resigned our lease.

They NEVER answered the phone. I left word when I moved out to find out about why I did not receive my deposit and never heard back. Overall, the people running this facility were very unhelpful.
