    One bedroom top floor has awesome vaulted ceilings and a pretty large patio to relax out on (my apartment faced the main road, which wasn't ideal, but not horrible to deal with). Staff was always friendly when I stopped in the office, never had any complaints or issues with them.

    Quite, nice amenities....raccoon problems though. I can see them climb onto the roof, break through attic venting and even hear them in the walls/under my bathtub. I'm afraid of electrical damage being done and an accidental fire being started. I've made the office aware, as have others. The concern may affect my decision to renew my lease.

    staff is friendly and quick to address any problems that come up. grounds are kept up nicely, although some building exteriors could use a touch of paint.

    The space in the apartment is great, but there is a lack of storage space aside from the bedroom closet. The apartment over quality is good, but there are many details that are sloppy like the fixtures, walls, doors, etc. are not in great shape and could use some fixing. Also, the basement apartments have a lot of moisture and the windows seems very old and energy inefficient.
