Heard back from this place made an appt to see it advised that 1 bedroom was needed on the request form after looking at the apt asked if there would be an apt on the date needed to move and was advised "we have people on a waiting list since June of 2020" why wouldn't a place tell you that you are firm on a date

One bedroom top floor has awesome vaulted ceilings and a pretty large patio to relax out on (my apartment faced the main road, which wasn't ideal, but not horrible to deal with). Staff was always friendly when I stopped in the office, never had any complaints or issues with them.

Quite, nice amenities....raccoon problems though. I can see them climb onto the roof, break through attic venting and even hear them in the walls/under my bathtub. I'm afraid of electrical damage being done and an accidental fire being started. I've made the office aware, as have others. The concern may affect my decision to renew my lease.

staff is friendly and quick to address any problems that come up. grounds are kept up nicely, although some building exteriors could use a touch of paint.
