The pictures look great at 1st glance, but if I had to do it over again, I would never move here. I've lived a Read Moret Williamsburg for nearly a year and there is a crater of a pot hole in my parking lot that my car bottoms put on. Also the maintenance isn't well regulated amd takes am act of Congress to get anything fixed. My unit in particular doesn't hold heat or air well, thus making my electric bill a consistent $250-350 in the winter, and $150-250 in the summer. I've talked to the leading office and maintenance phone number many times with no luck of repair. Also getting anyone from the office on the phone doesn't work, they never answer. So while you're at your 9-5 the office will be closed before you can get there to address issues.

DO NOT RENT HERE!!! I am writing this review because I did not see any before I moved in and had someone warne Read Mored me, I would have NEVER even considered living here. I moved in less than a month ago and am experiencing so many problems that I am considering breaking the lease. First off, the apartment they have me looked nothing like the apartment they showed me. Very old looking, creeping floors, chipped paint, etc. Upon move in my shower didn't work and I am three weeks in, it is still not fixed. There has been a cigarette smell in the apartment that I have not been able to get out. A neighbor stole my package. There is a constant water leak from the roof of the building. They charge you an $100 fee to have Satellite installed. You share a water bill with the entire building so even if you are at home or not, you're paying for other people to use water. This apartment is truly not worth it. I regret the very moment I signed my name on the lease. Take my advice, KEEP LOOKING!!!!
