Zero complaints thus far and Im wrapping up my first year here. The leasing office is very cooperative and accessible.

I have never rented a side by side before, only ever single homes and top and bottom duplex's so I had no idea this was called a duplex. The gentleman that I originally messaged about it reffered to it as a duplex and I said with a question mark.. "duplex? I thought this was something like a side by side townhouse." It was only simply because I've never rented a side by side before. Then he treated me rudely and made me feel stupid with the way he spoke to me. I have never missed any payment I've ever been billed and I've never paid any of my bills late. This looked like a more then affordable place and comfortable, something I would have been happy and content with but after he spoke to me rudely he took the add off of Facebook market place while my chat was still open! I was more then offended and a little disappointed as well. I hope who ever rents it treats it half as well as I would have loved to.

Unfortunately, I believe you have contacted the incorrect property. Our property manager, LaCresha, is a wonderful manager who will give you all the specifics about our apartments, availability, and will be happy to answer any questions you may have. We also do not post on Facebook Marketplace at this time.
