I am so excited to be moving out of these apartments for many reasons. The management here are unresponsive and liars. Here are a few examples: 1. Told them my priority when moving in was an in unit dryer/washer. They promised my apartment had one. I moved in to find they had LIED, and when I asked the manager, he said there's a coin washer nearby, what's the problem? Absolutely would NOT have paid this price had I known it was a lie. 2. There's a referral bonus and when I asked management they kept skirting around the issue. Had to harass them for 3 MONTHs to barely get them to uphold their promise. 3. They told me my move in date was X. Then, 2 days before move in, they pushed back my move in date by 2 full weeks, making me homeless for 2 weeks. 4.They have a storage unit in the building, where I've seen rats, spiders, and all sorts of things. Their staff kept going in there and leaving the door open, despite my request to at least have the door closed. Guess where I found rats a few days later? My apartment. 4. When maintenance was called to handle the rats, they did absolutely nothing and said it's impossible for this clean of a place to have rats. Did not even lay a single trap as a precaution even though I told them I saw one with my two eyes. And more.

Apartment and property were clean, well kept up, and the leasing agent, Rachael, was friendly and very informative!

I felt the pricing was a little on the steep side, but I never ran into any trouble with the staff in the leasing office. They were always courteous and helpful, especially since they used to hold many packages for me.

The apartments are well kept and nice, however anytime I've had an issue with anything in my apartment a service request takes weeks to get a response. Most recently my fridge was not working properly. I sent 2 service requests online to fix my fridge and went over 2 weeks without a response. Only After sending strongly worded email to the property manager was I able to get a new fridge. This was not the first time I've sent requests in and been ignored.

Sometimes the heat control gets a little funky when temperature goes up and down quickly in 1-3 days.

Great apartment and location. Concrete walls so never hear noise/get complaints about mine. Maintenance requests are handled very promptly
