Loganberry Ridge

I applied to this place and got approved. I requested to see the unit numerous times and I kept getting the run around saying its not ready, but they are broadcasting that they have 10+ units available. They waited until the day of my move in to allow me to finally see it. When I got there they were insisting on getting the deposit before even showing me. I told them no let me see it first. Omg when I seen this unit it was terrible and had an odor. I told them I didnt want it anymore and they tried to say I already signed for it and I know I didnt. They also said they had no other units available other than that one, but again are advertising that they have 10+ units available. Smh this place is not somewhere I would like to call home.

I actually drove past there to check out the complex and I wasn't impressed with the outside at all. I also read the reviews from present tenants as well as former tenants and I didn't like what was being said about management, maintenance or how tenants stated that they have waited at times up to three months for work to be attended to. The tenants also complained of roaches and bedbugs. Sorry I'm not looking for drama like that!

I love the way the apartment looks and think I will enjoy living there

The staff is extremely unprofessional. They have a pool but only use it to lure people into living there but dont actually open it to us. Everything is broken and they won't come to fix it... the staff wont come to your apartment if you have a dog.

Nasty, roach infested, no maintenance, dirty, living in the projects is better than this. I had to pay for an exterminator 1st day I moved in and they will not let you see the apartment before you rent it.

this is by far the worst apartment building I have ever lived in! I've lived in various places and this is the worst in Richmond Heights! They change management every 2 to 3 months, therefor any issues prior pending will not be addressed for close to maybe a year. Do not go there the place is horrible!!!
