My street is a private street, owned in common by the residents of the street. There is a park and a beach on Lake Erie, owned by the homeowners, as well as the street itself. There is convenient highway access.in.) Their are a variety of businesses which include arts, bars, restaurants, entertainment venues which enrich the life of the neighborhood.

Close stores.Good school.Low rentals.The neighbors look out for you and you look out for their house when they are away.

the older people are great to be around they just like to live there life free from the up and down that you have with the younger people
