    This apartment is always booked according to the leasing department. The apartment websites has this place on their list as available apartments to rent.

    Not the most updated apartments, but they're in good shape, and you get a lot of space for the money. Easy and convenient parking, friendly office staff, and dog-friendly which we've loved so far. Only complaint is how small the water heater seems since we run out pretty quickly, but that's a pretty reasonable thing considering there's also a dishwasher and in-unit washer dryers.

    The management is very good when something brakes they come right away. They keep the area nice and clean. It's quiet and friendly. Great place.

    Beautiful location, nice amenities. Some furnishings could use updating. For the high price ($920 for 2-bed with gorgeous view) might expect better quality cabinets and counters, but they are functional. I was disappointed at the very high cost of a deposit for a cat ($250 nonrefundable, plus $30/month for maximum of 1 cat). The furnishings are ok quality, but don't justify the high pet deposit and monthly fee. The club house and the exercise equipment seem nice but I have not tried them out yet

    Management, location, amenities, and space are all great. Prices are a bit high, including for heating, but it's not unreasonable for what you get. Parking availability could be better, but overall I'm definitely glad with my choice. The apartment is much nicer than anywhere else in the area and the location gives quick access to the entire west side.
