This place is horrible! They charge you an extra 300 dollars if youre A WEEK LATE ON RENT... plus 10 dollars a day late fees. They do not fix anything. Maintenance never shows up. I havent had heat all winter, had to purchase a space heater. The manager is rude and maintenance enters your apartment without permission and dont leave a note. I was home alone naked and they just entered my apartment. On top of all that Im trying to find a new apartment and find out I have multiple evictions on my record! This was my first apartment. Everytime I was a week late paying rent they filed for eviction, went to court and made me pay them the extra 300 filing fee, and STILL filed for eviction but let me stay here. So I paid for them to put evictions on my record while I still live here! Unacceptable!

Management has no concern for your issues with the apartment only the rent. Maintenance come in and out of the apartment when not home to fix repeatedly what they should have already fixed. If you ask they do not enter without you home the issue will not get fixed. Because they are on a buddie system, maintenance will blame you for any issues they do not know how to fix, stating the issue in your unit is strange, they has never seen it before or some indication you caused the issue. There has been no heat in my unit since winter and Management state my window is open (maintenance told them that) as a reason for not heat. They only want rent every month and will ignore any problems you are having. The grounds are nice. The studio units on the south of the building is over a maintenance garage that constantly go up and down from 6am to 11:30pm daily. Outside of the maintenance use, they rent the garage to independent business so there is no rest in the units. Save yourself the headache.

I really like the office staff and maintenance ,friendly and helpful.

The balcony needs to be repaired. During my stay only one washing machine work on my floor and they are too small. During winter the drive- way is hardly clean. This makes it difficult for pedestrians to walk.

This Might be the worse place I ever laid my head, front office is terrible, as a tenant you shouldn’t have to repeat yourself when something need fix, I lived here 2years, didn’t have a light in my fridge since, they didn’t fix the chip paint on my door still, you call about something they say they put a order in, than you don’t hear from them, maintenance terrible, house keeper terrible, not to mention it took them, almost 2-3 months to fix my leaking ceiling, just for it to start leaking again. Terrible all around, don’t recommend this place to know one.

I stopped by took a tour of the one bedroom apartment I really was not impressed everything inside the apartment was very small. The amount of rent for 900, I at least expected to have a dining and living room area combine. The kitchen area was also small I was hoping to see a dishwasher machine. Well at least I took the tour but again not impressed. On a good note the staff was friendly and professional

Been here since March and they are very good at helping you with any issue and the staff is very pleasant to talk to just not thrilled they haven't opened up the Pavilion so we can hoast family gathering or events but we pay for it

First and foremost, the upgrades to the laundry rooms have been nothing short of fantastic. The addition of new, high-quality machines (washers and dryers) and the implementation of a user-friendly system has made doing laundry a breeze. It's refreshing to see the management taking residents' needs into consideration and providing top-notch amenities for our convenience. Furthermore, the security enhancements at the complex have made a noticeable difference, giving me a true sense of peace and safety. The installation of surveillance cameras, improved lighting, and secure access points have greatly contributed to a more secure environment. I truly appreciate the efforts made by the management to prioritize our well-being. What truly sets this complex apart, however, is the exceptional staff at North Randall. The property manager goes above and beyond for her residents. The staff members have been friendly, professional, and incredibly accommodating. They are always quick to respond to maintenance requests, and their dedication to ensuring resident satisfaction is truly commendable. Whether it's a simple inquiry or a more complex issue, they always assist with a smile. Overall, very pleased with this complex. I highly recommend North Randall to anyone seeking a comfortable, safe, and accommodating place to live.
