I am about to move out in the next 60 days. During my time here the management staff was amazing. With the very little issues I did have (minor) they were on top of them quickly. Their customer service was amazing and they care about their tenants. The apartment was awesome and my view was of public square. I recommend this apartment complex highly.

Approximately ten months ago I moved into The Terminal Tower Residences which were recently renovated and owned and operated by K&D management. Over my career I have moved to many different apartments but I have found that The Terminal Tower Residences are exceptional, particularly the personnel in the leasing office - Rita and Courtney. At no time have I ever been disappointed because they have both been kind, mindful, courteous, respectful and always there whenever I've been in need of assistance. The price point is fair and the layout and quality of the apartments is exceptional. Having said the above, I highly recommend The Terminal Tower Residences.
