The reviews on this property are from people who own the property. I have lived here seven years and it is not worth the amount in rent (anxiously waiting to move once I get finances up). The halls smell like trash, there are a ton of flies in the apartments in the warmer months, the AC units are ridiculously loud. The elevators are constantly broken. The only highlight are the cleaning ladies. For the amount of rent this location is, the property does not match. You have been warned.

I Absolutely love this place! The neighbors are mostly all friendly and so quiet. The Leasing office is very friendly and actually listens when being spoken to. I would definitely recommend moving here. Not to mention there is everything you need here in the circle!

It was a well maintained apt complex. The customer service was excellent and regular checking with regards to safety and sanitation were performed.
