    I wrote a previous review that I would retract if I could. We stayed with Binyon for 2 yrs. During that time, they went through at least 3-4 different property managers. Initially they had online billing available but then their website crashed or whatever and they sent out a letter reporting the website would be back up on the first of the year. Only for it not to be and then to try to charge people extra fees for their rental payments being late, even with all the confusion and misinformation from the property! Paying for the parking pass was a scam as well. They don't patrol the parking lot so there were multiple occasions when my husband and I would have to park down the road because the lot would be full. Good luck reporting it to management... you'll get rude responses and not much else. Make sure to get RECEIPTS from this place. They attempted to overcharge my friend who lived next door multiple times. Don't trust them to honest bookkeep; you'll have to do it on your own. Keep track of everything. ALSO- Make sure when you move in to take photos of everything and document everything, otherwise they'll hit you "cleaning" charges even when the property you moved into resembled how you were leaving it. 2 stars only because the property is adorable and still maintains some of its charm. However, the charm fades under the clumsy layers of paint and poor maintenance.

    Although I felt like the office was very responsive to any concerns or questions that the residents had, I was so aware of the other people living around me. My apartment would smell like the food they were cooking and I could hear them above and below me. It was a good setup but not my favorite.

    The apartment still needs repairs. It is an old building with nice updates but behind all of this is a place falling apart. Repairs are not completed properly.
