    Although I felt like the office was very responsive to any concerns or questions that the residents had, I was so aware of the other people living around me. My apartment would smell like the food they were cooking and I could hear them above and below me. It was a good setup but not my favorite.

    Beautiful apartments that havent been maintained properly. The building is heavily infested with mice and management has done nothing about it. I will not be renewing my lease

    Hi, thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback about your experience with us. Actually, we would never ignore an issue like mice infestation. We have steady contract with the exterminator to come out monthly. When a complaint comes in, then we have the exterminator come more often, as well as lay traps. As is common in older buildings, mice problems takes time to completely resolve. However when our tenants work with us, we always have a good outcome.
