I called and left a voicemail which was not returned. I also sent a message but that too was not returned. A month and a half later and I am no longer interested in this location.

Ive called and left a voicemail requesting a return call to discuss an apartment for January and I did not get a call back. I also completed the inquiry online which didnt receive a reply either.

The apartment itself is not bad, visually appealing with a lot of space. Walls and ceiling are super thin (very loud), parking is a nightmare, and staff are unhelpful, confrontational and don't seem to want to do the simplest parts of their jobs. Asked for a garage before moving in was told their was one being worked on in my building, 3 weeks later after no contact I'm forwarded an email about "bugging the office about a garage" and still no results!

If there were a way to give negative stars, I would. As they said in Mean Girls, "the limit does not exist." Apathetic unconcerned management, now coupled with poorly designed HVAC units that constantly leak. Slow maintenance request fulfillment, and disgusting insect infestation issues. A millipede literally fell on my shoulder from the overhead airvent. They took so long to fix the HVAC leak issue that it spread to my carpet and I found a worm on that wet spot that I had reached out to them about a couple days ago. I don't know what other legal action I can take to get this place on its feet. The only reason people rent from here is because of the location. Otherwise, it has nothing else going for them. Because of their convenient location, Easton thinks they can survive doing the bare minimum for residents. A number of people I know who are familiar with these apartments (and who actually lived here and pre-terminated their lease) also cited incompetent management and failure to respond to maintenance issues--including but not limited to molds. Whether you are working at one of the financial institutions across the street, are an expat/consultant, are traveling for work, or are simply attracted by the beauty of Easton Town Center across the street, I strongly strongly strongly urge you not to move here. If you take anything from this review at all, it's this; "Do not live here, or else you will regret it."For more details, feel free to email me or read my Google reviews.If anyone from Easton Commons / Morgan Communities is reading this, I would be happy to work with you and give you feedback about what you can do better and how together, we could potentially dig you out of this hole of complaints and extreme customer dissatisfaction. The best feature is the exterior look. The interior is very small for the price. It has no designated parking so anyone,their company from any where in the building can park and you don't have . You can never enjoy an evening out because you may come home with no parking near your residence which is a security issue especially for woman who live here. If you get off work at night forget it you will have to walk alone from some remote area. I think there should be assigned parking near your home

Despite submitting pictures and an emailed notification that the carpet was badly stained when we moved in, we received an $800 bill for carpet replacement when we moved out. I had to remind them to check my file where the pictures were.
