    For the price, you cannot beat the Square. Plenty of space for a couple of students, or a small family. The basement is a great place to store things, and you can either bring a washer/dryer to put there, or there is an on-site facility. The only downsides to this place are the bugs (spray cured this) and the air conditioning. It's most likely that the entire structure is drafty and poorly insulated (which makes sense once a place gets around 50 years old sans renovation).
