This place is horrible! DO NOT LEASE HERE!!! if you do you will regret it! To start off, when i first came to these places to lease a date was agreed upon to move in. That date was changed. They then gave me an address i had all my furnitute sent to that original address come to find out that wasnt the correct address. *Then the A/C. Thats a joke in itself. 100 degrees outside with the A/C on for hours and at 90 degrees. Told them about it, they come and fix it yet the issue still remains. Luckily seasons were changing and didnt have to deal with it or them claiming to fix things... So i thought *Told them about TERMITES in the walls. Took a video of it from a small hole. Maintenance came out and said they couldnt find anything. So I was basically left to deal with it on my own. *MICE. Didnt even bother to ask for their help cause they dont fix or help with anything. So i was left to do that on my own as well. *Water LEAKING from the apartment above FLOODING my bathroom BUT HERE IS THE KICKER!!!! *MY TOILET HAS BEEN AN ISSUE SINCE OCTOBER. i have called and spoke to staff personally numerous times about the issue. My water bill jumped up from a normal 50ish to 159.?!?!?!? when there are only two people in the house (barely home, no w/d, and dont run the dishwasher) they come in claim they fixed the issue. The funny and ironic part is how do they fix the issue everytime they come out?!?! This place is a joke!! !!

DO NOT MOVE HERE!! Roaches! Mice! The staff takes MONTHS to fix things. My AC was broken all summer and it was 90+ degrees in my apartment and I couldnt even live there. So I paid to not live there all summer. The pool hasnt been open in YEARS (read another review saying that). You share a hot water tank with your upstairs/downstairs neighbor so youll never have hot water. I wouldnt even tell a HOMELESS PERSON to live here! If you move here you WILL regret it.

I heard back after 5 WEEKS, and the price was $200 MORE than stated on the internet ads.
