Marble Cliff Commons Resident
The staff especially maintenance were fantastic. Facilities were nice until the major landscaping project. We Read Morewere woefully uninformed about the project, timeline, or especially the dramatic impact it would have on daily life. That alone really set back our experience.

Nice apts. Had a reserved parking spot and was constantly in battle with others to keep them out. The cou Read Morertesy officer was very nice to help just hated to call him all of the time. Severe spider issue outside of the buildings which was never addressed which made my porch covered in webs on a daily basis. Upkeep of main entry door areas and vestibules could be better. Very concerned and glad that I moved when I did since they have recently sold to new owners.

I loved the exterior look of the entire complex and the location. Had some issues with the paint job that was Read More done prior to move-in. Paint was on the ceilings, did not dust before painting around windows, etc. Office Staff was great except a few times they tried to charge us higher rent than what our lease stated but once we brought it to their attention they realized that it was their mistake.
