Most of the staff were courteous and kind but the landlord had a tendency to be condescending and rude . Policies were made then changed without notice. Different tenants we're treated as favorites. Moving out was the easiest process during my stay. They were very unfair and shady with the deposit and after having the apartment clean three times after moving out to account for dust, they still had the audacity to say it was dirty. When we moved in the blinds were broken and they charged $45 .

I love my own apartment, it's just perfect for me! I love the updated kitchen, hardwood floors and large storage options. I also love the location of my building, right next to the park and our own pool access. My only major complaints would come from the often times noisy and disruptive tenants that also live in the building, who are often leaving and returning at all hours of the day and night and making a huge commotion during that time. They have managed to destroy some of the common areas.

The most problem that seems to arise from being in the apartment is the internet and how slow it can sometimes be, other than that I enjoy living there.
