Lease Terms: We offer 6 & 12 months. Pet Policy: Dogs, cats, small birds and fish are permitted. The only caged pet allowed is small bird (limit of two, no bigger than a cockatiel and must be caged at all times. Any other caged animal and any animal perceived or classified as being exotic or dangerous are prohibited . Dogs must not exceed 25 lbs. (full grown). Proof of renters insurance is required for fish tanks measuring 10 gallons or more. Veterinary records required. A one time pet fee of $200 is required per unit, non-refundable, with a $20 monthly pet fee. ONLY ONE CAT OR DOG PER APARTMENT.

Fair price, awesome manager and maintenance, basic apartment (nothing fancy, exactly what I was looking for), Read Moresecluded by trees (awesome), mediocre location but close enough to most necessities, and the apartments themselves are pretty cute I guess.

The complex is small and tucked away. Aside from the nearby train it is fairly quiet. Close to a lot of thin Read Moregs and very easy to get to the highway from here, It's small and quaint but a good place overall.
