It is obvious this facility was great a few years back. The kindness and grandeur of this place is what brought us to live here. The model we saw was very nice and had a great layout. It was pretty obvious the management who recently bought this place didn't know what they were getting into. Maybe they didn't, or couldn't do a full inspection of the place before the got it. After they sold us the lease, the kindness and thoughtfulness did not last. We came in to see our new place and it was disgusting. Black ceilings and fan. Paint splatters all over the floor. Obvious rickety old repairs. We were never given the opportunity to look at the place before we signed because someone else was just moving out. Good on them. The reason I am giving this facility only one stars is because of the management. Their actions prove they truly don't care about their customers. It took about two months and a threat of lawyers to get them to clean our new apartment like they said they would at the beginning. The tubs had holes that "were patched up, so we could at least use them for now." Until the water started to pour below into our neighbors apartment. Now that it get above 90 outside the apartment does too! I've spent a night in the bedouin's camp in Jordan in Waddi Rum. The nights here feel about the same except without the jackals yelping in the middle of the night. It has been over three weeks since they have sent a note saying this AC was a priority and that they would get contractors to help since they only have two maintenance workers. Sorry for them as they work too much. Any way please look into everything before you decide to stay here. We thought we did... pray for us

When I first moved in I had issues. From mold in the bathroom to the paneling on the floor coming up. IN the winter months I went a week without hot water or heat before the managed to fix it. Now in May I have a leak in my family room that has left furniture ruined and my walls chipping from being wet. Ive called several times and have been assured Id receive a call back and a check up. Its been 3 days. I have no problem showing pictures to those who would like to see but the only advice I can give is dont waste your money here. This place doesnt care for its residents.

This apartment complex is far from luxury. Since I have moved in there have been nothing but issues and that includes with the management change. The apartment was dirty and damaged on move in. A door almost fell on my son. The air was broken all the way up to the date we no longer needed it so we are not sure it even works now. There was a leak that was "fixed" and then my bathroom was under water. The new management spends money on all kind of things and charges it in our utilities. The previous management stated in an email that utilities are 120 - 130 yet with the new complex it is double. You have to may a 40 dollar charge to also now pay rent and utilities. I will gladly share the images of this "luxury" apartment. BEWARE and stay a way there has to be better out there.

Do not live here! New management is highly unprofessional and lost our check for rent. They keep a lot of information hidden from the residents. Maintenance sucks and never repairs what they say they are going to repair. They don't care at all about their residents.

I don't know how those fair reviews were posted. I wanna talk about the real experience that I had during my stay: 1. They charge more than $120 utility fees on top of the rent which includes water, sewage and trash etc. 2. The maintenance team can never get the work done especially the dishwasher, toilet and AC, heater. 3. The leasing office treats you warmly before you sign the lease. Once you signed the lease, they will never care about you and will never respond to you. 4. Some critical issues with the old design of heater: the design of heater makes it far not enough to warm the whole apartment during the winter season!!! You need to buy extra heater yourself since the apartment will be extremely cold in winter!
