    I made request about a/c not working, its going on two day and a/c still not fixed. Currently 85 degrees in my apartment, and management prefers to argue with me instead of having maintenance come fix my AC. Lets see what happens next.

    Zero star is what is needed. Horrible , horrible management - no service requests are taken care of. No matter online requests or personal or calls - they do not attend. All girls say is we will call back when we want to talk to the manager, but no return call. If one complaint , its okay but there a are so many, appliances do not work, roaches everywhere - list never ends - just waiting to end the lease and get out. Please do not move in here atleast till the management is changed. All they want is money, no concern for the tenants.

    If you want to be completely miserable and abosultely HATE where you live, deal with miscommunication this is the place for you and they never fix anything the service they offer you is very bad they will send someone and that person is going to say we will fix it but than they never show up and the manger and all the employees are not nice very rude people. They charge for trash They'll tell you it's this great service where you set your trash out 3 days a week and someone will pick it up and remove it for you, but it's not true. I would say 80% of the time that I set my trash out, it was actually picked up. Half of the time I set it out it wasn't picked up. Then animals would get into it and tear open the bag and I would have smelly rotten trash all over my front door step.

    Relocating from a different state is never easy but Katelyn & Aliya in the leasing office have been so kind and have truly catered to my entire move in process to me and my needs. The outdoor living space in my new home is so spacious. I love the fact that the community sits right on the border of Blendon Woods Metro Park, the walking trails are gorgeous! This community checks off all of my boxes for me & my family!

    Current resident, unfortunately. Our lease ends in 2021 and that day cannot come fast enough. I don't even know where to begin. The office staff are only helpful and friendly (albeit pushy) when getting you to sign the lease and after that, they don't care. If you have an issue with a noisy neighbor, for example, they are ZERO help. Kids leave their toys and bicycles all over the place. Almost ran one over a bike one morning when leaving for work. That's to say nothing of the kids themselves running all over like the entire complex is a playground. I've almost run over one of them too. You over pay for everything. They claim to be a luxury complex. However, I wouldn't call children screaming in the breezeway, overpriced trash service (which you cannot opt out of), and the amount of bugs and wildlife that makes it way inside because you are next to a metro park very luxurious. This is to say nothing of maintenance, which takes forever to respond and they rarely fix it right the first time. Don't bother calling the office though because they won't do anything except be rude and condescending. Also, if you somehow are unfortunate enough to sign the lease before seeing the NUMEROUS reviews like this one, GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING. If they promise you something, make them type it up and sign it. The office staff changes so much, they get away with saying one thing and then going back on it because that person isn't there anymore or just conveniently forgetting things that were said over a phone call. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PLACE.

    I currently live in this apartment complex. The apartments are very roomy and beautiful. I love that some apartments have flooring in the living and dining room areas. The bedrooms have carpeting. The office staff is very friendly and attentive. For families with kids and pets, they have a great kids play skate and a fenced play area for pets. I love the perks that are offered. I love that trash is picked up at your front door three times a week. The garages are big and have an attached storage area. They have an excellent exercise room and equipment. You can't beat this!
