The Gardens representative Patrick was very cooperative with us as we dealt with the uncertainty associated with selling our home. He worked hard to provide us a unit that met our needs.

Professional, quick to respond. Nice place especially for the price. I don't think there is a better deal on the east side of Columbus.

I love the location, I love the perks of amenities and extra appreciation from the office employees

This is the worse community I've ever lived in. The staff are not accessible... try calling them, you'll jump through hoops to finally leave a message on the answer machine (which they don't call you back for). Residents have dogs and often do not pick up after their dogs. The Gardens also randomly enter your home to make maintenance repairs... you would think they could get their act together so they don't disturb residents so often. They also recently got new dumpsters that take up parking spaces and if you park at a spot remotely close to the dumpster... they'll attach a large sticker on your window (which is hard to take off by the way) giving you mere hours before they threaten to tow your car... how unprofessional. I recommend people stay away from this housing community. WORST DECISION I'VE EVER MADE. New residents beware, they lock you in with penalties so it's nearly impossible to leave until a full year or more passes... DO NOT SIGN UP FOR A LEASE HERE.

From the convenient location to the superb professional residential service and modern look i am highly satisfied with Gardens at easton apartments.
