The Nicholas

Currently a resident here. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED. Dirty, gross, and poorly maintained building. Should have known not to do business with Drucker & Falk, scumbag property managers.

This is one of my favorite apartments I’ve lived in because of the staff, location, and amenities. The location is in the heart of downtown Columbus with access to the scioto river walking paths, about a 15 minute walk from High St, 10 minutes away from Arena district, and easy walks to local bars and restaurants. The staff is super friendly, thoughtful, and attentive - they hold so many resident events throughout the year. The amenities are wonderful - not only is the pool area gorgeous but the clubhouse is perfect for gatherings and there is a gym and studio that no one really uses. In terms of security - I feel safe here with access to any entrance needing your key fob and the garage also needs your own key to get in to the private parking spaces. The apartment is spacious for the price I’m paying taking into consideration location/amenities (parking is a little pricier compared to other places though) and the neighbors are quiet and nice - have not had any noise complaints. I recommend !

I do not reside at The Nicholas, but my son has lived there for several years and have visited often. My wife and I were also included in the initial 'apartment hunt' in downtown Columbus. I continue to be amazed at the facility itself, from the rec area to the pool, outdoor grill areas, underground tunnel to the gym and weight room in the old bank vault at the Citizen's; and the new restaurants that now occupy the street level. The staffers have all been kind and friendly, and management appears to have their tenants' best interest at heart and communicates frequently. Awesome location and close to everything downtown Columbus has to offer. Highly recommended and am sometimes jealous that my son resides there instead of me!

The Nicholas Apartments is a beautiful place to stay. The location is perfect and it’s conveniently located within walking distance of restaurants and shops. It has great amenities the safety and security are paramount. With the building being meticulously maintained and immaculately clean at all times. The staff's professionalism and warm hospitality are simply unparalleled. The residents are respectful and everyone does their part to make the Nicholas Apartments a beautiful place to stay. I 100% would recommend living here to anyone.

I’ve lived here for about 3 years and I cannot recommend this apartment enough. The location is amazing at the heart of downtown and walkable to a lot of cool spots. The staff at the Nicholas is the best. They are always hosting resident events like wine and cheese happy hours or tacos and corona for cinco de Mayo! They know their residents and are prompt to respond to questions and issues. Maintenance is also incredible. They are fast and nice to interact with. We love living here!

I have only been here for a month but I really love the building, staff, and location. There are 4 courtyards perfect for lounging out and a nice pool. The office and maintenance staff are all helpful and friendly. There is a great large fully stocked gym that almost no one uses. It's also in a perfect location downtown. I have a car but if you work downtown, it's not needed.

I love living at the Nicholas! The leasing and maintenance staff are always helpful and friendly. Living downtown, it was important to feel safe, and with having the leasing staff on site, a secured parking garage, and fob access to the building I feel completely safe here.

From the welcoming staff to the top notch amenities, we have had the best experience living downtown at the Nicholas. Just counting down the days until pool season. 😁

I couldn't be happier with life at the Nicholas! The move in process was easy and accommodating, the space is beautiful, the amenities are unmatched in the area, and you're steps from great local food and drink options.

The staff at the Nicholas is always willing to help in anyway that they can. They are very thorough and make your life easy. So excited for the construction to be completed so I can enjoy all the amenities!
