The Residences at Town Center

The management and maintenance staff at RTC is excellent. They are all extremely responsive, helpful and friendly. In addition, they are continually making upgrades to improve the community (whether it be upgrades within the apartment units, pool and workout renovations, street maintenance, addition of a dog park, etc).

The apartment complex is wonderful and the staff are amazingly nice. However some of the neighbors aren't as nice and thoughtful with consideration to keeping the noise levels low at odd hours of the night.

The office staff has a lot to be desired when dealing with their residents,

Walls are thin. Residents keep to themselves. Employees could learn some manners and be more polite to residents. They wouldn't let me out of my lease once I purchased a house, had to pay a termination fee. Maintenance staff is awesome though. Very efficient and completes tasks in a timely manner.

Apartment was not ready on move in date. Apartment was filthy. Apartment had bed bugs which we were not Ernest about.

I love how attentive to your needs. Response time to anything is great, fast and courteous.
