    The price to rent changes constantly. I started off paying $840 (8/2022) for rent & cable and they raised it +$100 (8/2023) in order for me to renew my lease. But then kept the rent at $840 for new renters. Also the internet (spectrum) didnt get any better. Now its under $600 (2/2024). Assuming the brown building has a washer/dryer. The other two do not have them. There is a laundry mat (Claytons) on the corner of Tallmadge. They do have water issues, more time than Id like, for days at a time. Take what you want from my experience, but to me its not worth the money to get nothing with it. And have to move because of increases in rent.

    So very disappointed. Zillow originally sent information and pictures to me stating there was one available and contacted clyde crossing then i received a call from manager at clyde crossing and she said they could not show me an apartment but could rent one. Why would anyone rent without seeing. Customer service terrible. DISAPPOINTED TO SAY THE LEAST.
