Nice place but just not large enough for my personal needs/belongings (moving from a 5 bedroom house to a townhouse is hard to do)

Yorkshire is a great place. Units are spacious and unique and for a great price, especially compared to similar apartment complexes in the area. Maintenance and management are prompt and extremely easy to contact and work with. Overall its been a good year!

Quiet area close to many parks and bike paths for the nature enthusiast. Well maintained buildings and garages.

The staff here - both office and maintenance - is friendly, accommodating, and reliable. Aside from one gentleman who retired, they're the same folks that were here when I first moved in back in 2007. I move around frequently for work, but I choose Yorkshire Woods whenever possible. I've now chosen to move into Yorkshire Woods for three different stays.
