do not move here. Everyone smokes and the smoke goes directly through the vents. There was a homeless guy living in the stairwell and nobody was able to do anything about it while I was there. The first night I was there there was a shooting at the street there a couple arguing outside the second night. After dealing with that my first three days I decided to move out. when I was moving out ( after a week) several people had told me that they were also trying to move out because there's too much going on and it wasn't a safe area.

The apartments are very small. The studio apartments can barely fit a queen size mattress. Each year they will increase you rent. When I lived there the manager was rude and ignored reports.

It was nice when I first move in there but the complex has gotten trashy, I keep my apartment and front door area clean & its like the neighbors didn't care

The staff is very friendly and courteous. Yet respectful and professional. They answer all concerns our apt issues in a timely manner. Flexible on rent payment which is good. Never had a late fee for rent payment even one time when my rent was a few days late.
