The Knolls management and maintenance have been superb throughout our stay with them. We have lived here for just over two years, and they have always been willing to work with us if we were short and had to be late on rent during a month, and whenever we have had any issues with anything breaking, maintenance has been right on the ball with their timeliness and getting things fixed.

Clean, manicured, roomy indoors and outdoor. great value. Ton of maintenance guys around. Service requests seem to be same day service.. Nice MGT staff.

Knolls seems to stay full, many long term tenants. Clean, well kept. Service request 24 hours if not same day. There are plenty of people working and contractors doing improvements through out the year. The office staff in 2017 runs a tight ship.

The square footage you get is a great value for the price of rent, especially in the area of Dayton. However, you can tell that the building amenities are aging and manintenance of the grounds is a bit lax. They also have done a very poor job of plowing/shoveling/salting the parking lot and sidewalks during the Winter.
