Hunters Crossing

My Boyfriend and I love it here. We are 24 and 25 with no children. There are only a few children in the whole place. So no loud kids outside playing. The neighbors are very respectful and don't have late night parties or loud movies/music. Before 9 am and after 9 pm everyone follows the rules to not run any that would be noisy. When it snows they are right on top getting the doorways clears. Inside its very updated and clean. Very nice place to live.

I moved to Elyria through a transfer with my employer. It was a great job opportunity for me. I knew nothing about the town and went on line in search of housing. The ad for Hunters Crossing Apartments was appealing. I couldn't ask for a better place to live. It is quiet, clean and my apartment is quite large for a one bedroom. I enjoy my laundry room and walk in closet. The kitchen has full sized appliances and includes a dishwasher. I was able to secure a garage which has its own opener.

The leasing agents are very helpful and when a maintenance order is put in the make sure it is taken care of immediately.

Could be better about keeping parking lot clear of ice and snow.

The parking is terrible. you get an apartment and you have to park literally 2 blocks away or Pay $50.00 extra a month for a garage and as it is the rent is $845.00 to high for this place as it is. People have 2 adults and three cars makes no sense should have assigned parking. I feel very safe in my apartment but the Parking has me moving elsewhere.

I enjoyed living at Hunter's crossing for the two years that I was there. The Staff was always helpful and responsive to any problems or concerns. The only complaint I had was related to excessively loud cars and the owner's disregard for other tenants. Management did speak to them, but to no avail.

I moved in a couple of weeks ago. The staff has been very responsive correcting a couple of issues I've had since moving in. The apartment is very nice and roomy. One of the largest apartments I've find. Tammy calls me by phone to discuss any maintenace concers I have and has them addressed immediately. Great community, and quiet given the close proxemity to Chestnut Commons.

I currently live at Hunters Crossing and had a maintenance issue on a Saturday I had to call emergency maintenance. The gentleman were at my apartment in under two hours, they were very polite and fixed my issue! Tammy followed up on Monday, everyone at this complex is amazing!!

Tammy is great! Makes everyone feel welcome.

Great place to live. I had no issues. Tammy was great! Maintenance was always on top of things! I lived there for 6 years and only moved to be closer to work.

Find another place to live otherwise you will regret it if not. Rude management and very unprofessional. PM me for details and pictures. The company does not like to give security deposits back and likes to rack up frivelous charges specifically for carpeting. Filing suit against the company and filing complaints with the Better Business Bureau and Attorney Generals office.
