Tenants should not have to pay for a pool key. $25 to be exact. When the tenants are inconvienced such as no power or no water there should be compensation. Apartments should be remolded frequently. I live in an apartment with a very outdated bathroom and kitchen cabinets.

When I first moved in the Manager at the time would not let us do a walk through prior to signing the lease. Some of the workers were not knowledgeable aout the leases that they offered. So I was told one thing by one person and then told something else by someone else which was upsetting. It took a long time for things to get fixed. Prior to my lease coming due, everyone was great and helpful, but when I stated that I would be leaving I started to get bad service even rude at times.

Normandy Towers had very friendly residents and the staff was so-so. The leasing office were not available or able to be contacted at times. I had a one bedroom and for the price it was worth it. As far as living in Euclid, OH I will pass on that city forever. Overall, Normandy can be a quiet place but there are many younger people moving in and it was starting to be rowdy. The leasing office changed since I originally moved in and it was a good, clean place for a cheaper place off the lake.
