I've had a great experience living here. The staff is friendly, and any maintenance work that I request is taken care of in a timely manner. There are mostly professionals living here which I like because it is quieter than some other apartment complexes.

Its just not the greatest apartment community but it by far isn't the worst community as well. I just wish there was a greater sense of community among the residents with resident activities to get residents involved and shown appreciation for living there.

I would have given Excellent rating, but we used to get very high utility bills, even though we were hardly using it. (e.g. We'd get minimum $23 gas bill per month, even though our usage was 0 CFF. As gas was used only in heating). Also the electricity bills used to come very high as well. Apart from that, the living experience was nice.
