The staff there were very polite and answered all if my questions. The facility looked very clean and well maintained. They have residential get-togethers twice a month and even do events for your fur babies as well.

My wife and I moved in on May 2022 paid a $750 deposit and they took away the application fee of $50 if we wrote a good review. Huge mistake!!! No one told us it was college apartments and lied to us stating there are a lot of families living there (Which was totally untrue. There were parties constantly and very rude residents living there as well. Only used the pool twice which concrete from the walls was falling into the pool. The weight room had busted equipment and couldnt even use the movie theater because it was full of boxes most of the time. We were told we would have all new black appliances (which was also a lie) we had to deal with a stove that was filthy and a refrigerator that had rust on the door by the handles. The floor was all scratched up prior to move on which we let them know during the initial inspection so we could get our deposit back when we moved out. We moved out May 26th, 2023. Waited 30 days and asked about our deposit (Ohio tenants law is that a landlord has 30 days to return a deposit or give an itemized bill and the remainder of the deposit which we never received either) We went to the office and spoke with a manager and made sure they had our new address on file. She stated the address was correct and a check was released. Waited 2 more weeks and sent multiple emails concerning the return of our deposit. The manager replied they use a third party for the deposit and to give them 30 to 60 days. Now its almost September and multiple emails with no replies concerning this issue. We are owed the $750 deposit and will have to seek legal action. We ran into an old neighbor from there and they kept her $750 as well. For $1800 a month Horrible place to deal with and live!!

Been here 2 years and the new company is amazing. Im so glad the place got sold. With the new company it is clean and welcoming!!

I like this place. They were very responsive. Well located. Ideal for students. I'm a little older, but am strongly considering cause I'm not ready for the retirement home yet
