Summer is half way through and pool hasnt been opened. Kind of what sold me on moving in but I had other options but this was just so close to work. Neighborhood is normally littered with trash

This place has lots to offer, including paper thin walls, leaky sinks, showers, and windows, hair painted into the walls, and so much more! If you like roaches, black mold, and overpriced rent, this is the place for you! Cobblestone Grove? More like Cobblestone Gross! (Notable mentions: rude and unhelpful staff, filthy hallways, walkways, and parking lot, staff not even wearing masks when they enter your home, I could literally write a book. This place doesnt even deserve one star)

I called and left this place two voice mail messages to inquire and schedule a showing, get an application etc. They never bother to call me back. I can only imagine what the reason for that is, but I might have dodged a bullet.

Worst apartment ever. Dont move here. Dont even deserve one star. Property manager is rude and unprofessional. Maintenance requests typically take a month or more to be taken care of if they dont forget about them completely. Apartment had many issues and was not move in ready at all. Dont waste your money on this horrible apartment complex.
