I've lived at Fairfield Pointe for a while and I used to really love living here. Unfortunately, the water goe Read Mores out several times a year for various reasons. They put in these new speed bumps that are DESTROYING my car and my husband's car. We drive over them slowly, but my car is in the shop right now because of the speed bumps with a radiator leak and a destroyed front axel. My husband's car needs a new cam shaft sensor. They also keep raising the rent every year. That would be fine, but they seem to increase it to have resident get togethers with alcohol. I don't really agree with that. I thought maybe because of the length of time I've lived there, and the fact I've never complained about the rent increases, they would be willing to change my carpet to laminate throughout the apartment. They told me it would increase the cost of my apartment every month (even though the carpet was not replaced when I moved in and was obviously old, and I've lived there for over 4 years myself). But no...they gotta save all that money for alcohol. And I'm in an apartment with a wall air conditioner unit. It is filled with mold. The 3 other air conditioning units I was given previously also had mold. I advised them they have to take it apart and clean it but they won't. They just switch mold filled air conditioning units between buildings. I try to take off the front and clean it as best I can, but I don't have a place when I can properly take it apart and clean it without destroying the carpet. The bathtub is also slowly sinking into the floor, but when they look at it they say it is fine and just add more caulk around the tub.

Water pipes freeze many times during the winter. Even if you keep the heat around 70ish and keep the sinks dri Read Morepping. The issue usually takes a few days to be fixed. All they do is put heaters in the wall until the pips are unfrozen. So not only do you not have water but your electric bill goes through the rough for those months.

The apartment was not in good condition when we moved in. The paint job on the walls was awful, the windows le Read Moreak a ton of air, and I can hear everything the neighbors do. The neighbors next door have four kids and they are constantly in the hallway. They also leave their door open on a regular basis, and our entire apartment stinks like their cooking every day.
