The apartment was not in good condition when we moved in. The paint job on the walls was awful, the windows le Read Moreak a ton of air, and I can hear everything the neighbors do. The neighbors next door have four kids and they are constantly in the hallway. They also leave their door open on a regular basis, and our entire apartment stinks like their cooking every day.

Their service, usually, is relatively fast paced and effective. There have been times when that was not the c Read Morease. I find the employees friendly and helpful. My biggest concern was that a piece of mail was lost either by the staff or the Post office and I have no way of distinguishing which one. It makes me nervous to mail out important items through the drop off service. The model apartment that I viewed had better appliances and countertops than my current apartment.
