I have nothing bad to say about this place.is under new management. The girls in the office are awesome and take care of any problems right away.even go above and beyond what you would expect from management. Keep up the great work.

A few Residents complain about the same apartment playing music and video games 24/7 with sound system.They already send then 4 letters,but there's nothing else they can do.No sleep,no rest,no peace at the place I pay my rent and supposed to call 'home'.WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

Termites everywhere. People allow there pets to defecate in the courtyard and do not clean up after them. This winter they allowed there pets to poop in the breeze ways. Rat traps set up around the buildings. Police called regularary for the people across the courtyard d/t there none stop fighting. The office manager just dismisses what you say. Like the termites . Pest control supposed to come two previous times and they no showed . I was home all day. Failed to tell maintenance that these bugs were dropping like flies from the corner of window. Later I found out it was flying termites and called a swarm. Frustrated beyond belief with this place. Our lease is almost up and we are gone. Advice dont rent from here they promise promise promise but dont follow through. Id like to take the bugs termites mice and rats and put them in there home to see how they like it.

It is an excellent place to stay besides the fact if you come home around 8pm and on thru the night there is no parking spot... I find myself parking three or four apartment building down but other then that its quiet and everyone sticks to themselves... I like it
