I moved to Brown's Farm in Grove City this past October. I love my spacious apartment. The kitchen is nice and open w plenty of cupboard and counter space. The living room has a vaulted ceiling which makes it feels so open. The bedrooms are large and the bathrooms are perfect. I could not be any happier with my new home. I love the outside spaces w lots of sidewalks to walk my dog. I can't wait to try out the dog park and fun area they have planned to open soon w a bocce ball court, lighting and a fire pit to enjoy w friends. Be single, I feel very safe and my neighbor's are very friendly. Lastly, I love Robin and Zach who work in the office. Robin will work with you to lease an apt and Zach will make any adjustments or repairs most day the same day. I appreciate both of them and their willingness to help me whenever I ask. The apartments are brand new ranches and I know you will be as happy as me if you decide to live here. It is a can't miss!

What can I say, we just love it here! Robin is the utmost very best!!! The community is wonderful, we love the out of town feel, with still being close enough to enjoy. The unit we are living in feels like a home. We love the floor plan. We are in Bliss with living here in Browns Farm.

The maintenance crew is always prompt, knowledgable and they dont leave until issues are corrected. Big part of enjoying living here.

The maintenance guys have been amazing! They respond quickly, and have fixed a couple things in my apartment in the last month. They do good work and Im glad to know theyre there if something needs fixed!

I have loved my apartment at the residences at browns farm from the time I 1st looked at it! I love the apartment., I love the area.. o could not have made the big step without the apartment manager Robin helping me and giving encouraging words every step of the way! But the best is the maintenance here!! Fill out a work order.. and most things are taken care of within the day! Our maintenance team.. Carl and Zack.. just can't be beat! Always so pleasant., always do everything with a smile!! And never make you feel bad about having to fix something! And I sweater!! There's nothing that either one of those guys can't do!! I love it her!!! Its home.

Move in process was so easy and smooth. Absolutely beautiful apartment with great neighbors and friendly staff. Very quiet place to live! My husband and I love it!
