The complex is a little slow in maintenance matters. It's inconvenient when something doesn't work right over the weekend and you have to wait 3-4 business days before the matter is fixed. Sometimes they won't even get to it that week and I had to keep contacting to find out the status. It would be nice if management did a courtesy call to let you know they received your maintenance request, and when your maintenance issue was fixed. Also rent has went up every year.

A very clean environment with good maintenance service. It would have been nicer if there were 3 bedrooms with basement.

The area is safe and clean. Every maintenance request has been attended to punctually. The staff is nice and welcoming. I only occasionally hear my neighbors through my walls, and it is usually due to some loud noise (such as instrument practice for school). Even then, the noise is barely audible and not an issue.

Maintenance is poor at best. Orders for repairing items are not responded to. Management in the office is the most unfriendly I have ever encountered. I have asked for a key to my mailbox since move in and I have yet to receive a key. Ohio law requires the key to be given to the resident within 24 hours. Here we are going on 3 months, and yet no key. Perhaps legal action is necessary for the key to be issued. I have requested the key numerous occasions.

I love the area and scenery of Cabot Cove. There is a warm family feeling between the residents and staff. The Leasing manager is so kind and does an outstanding job addressing any concerns I may have.

We have had a bat in our apartment. Other than that, I have been pretty happy with the apartment.

the maintenance is too bad , i was promised to change the dishwasher motor about 2 months ago but they did not show up yet , most of the times you have to call twice to get something fixed , in the winter they rarely come to remove the snow .

Counter tops, walls, ceilings, kitchen floor, carpeting - every surface is old and worn out. Cabinates are old, dingy and smelly. Bathroom is way out-dated. Time to renovate everything.

I noted certain damages on my inventory and only some were fixed. I now feel as if I am stuck living with bleach and paint stained carpet. It is really uncomfortable because I did not put those stains in the carpet and question why it was not fixed by the last renter who damaged it nor the property manager. This one particular topic made me rate Cabot Cove and average because property management let it go unaddressed.

The property is nice and a good deal for the money, I believe. I have had some issues in the past with not getting returned calls from the front office but, overall, it is a good place to live My biggest negative is their late fee policy...it just seems excessive!

Maintenance response is slow. I have been here several months now and they have not fixed one issue. Not sure if they prioritize calls or do them in the order received but either way they have not taken care of me.
