Due to character limits in this section, I cannot fully respond to my concerns about Midtown Apts. This is qu Read Moreite disappointing that a survey is sent and limits prevent a full response. Concerns - cheap fence blocking a much needed entrance/egress to Giant Eagle and poor trash pick up at the compactor site.

Many ammenities, beautiful apartments, well laid out. Did not give an excellent because I wish they were a bit Read More quieter. Neighbors still seem noisy even with the extra stuff they did to the walls. They also come in a lot for apartment checks. It wouldnt be a bother but we have a cat and cat board her up for the 12 hours we work, just for them to do a 5 minute check.

Great amenities, a couple of the office staff are standoffish. Would like to see something done about the hol Read Moree in the front yard, around the pipe and also, everytime it rains the drainage collects in a puddle at the base of my driveway.
Can we do anything about the cigarette butts being tossed everywhere?
The same residents continually break the dog leash policy.
Overall a "good" place to live.

I like the location, the apartment layout, and the staff and amenities. I think that for the money, the finish Read Morees should have been of a little higher standard.
