Have been trying to get in touch with the leasing office for weeks now - phone calls are immediately hung up on, messages aren't returned. Apparently Steeplechase isn't interested in filling their rental units.If this is how they treat a prospective resident, I can't imagine how hard it would be to help as an actual resident!

Response time for maintenance requests was often 10 or more days, office was 10 miles from complex, appliances were falling apart, stove didn't work consistently. carpet was still wet from cleaning at move in, and stains showed/ developed rapidly. No fridge for first 48 hours after move in.
