Colonel Thomas Paxton settled Loveland in 1795 between the Little Miami River and picturesque valleys of Ohio. The city was officially incorporated in 1961, and today Loveland is a flourishing community with residents who are passionate about arts and culture. Families live in Loveland apartments to take advantage of the outstanding school system and beautiful parks dispersed throughout the city.
