stay away from this place it is very very dirty and the first floor area smells like somebody died. nobody on staff cares please stay away

As a recent college graduate who'd just started working his first real job, looking for my own place to get out of my parents' hair was both a high priority as well as a source of significant anxiety. Thankfully, Sherri Park has only served to detract from that anxiety! Halls are regularly kept clean and clutter-free and any routine maintenance has been prompt as well as preceded by advance notice for those of us who spend a lot of time outside our rooms, so you never have to worry about surprise visits from staff. Despite its proximity to the highway, there is little to no noticeable noise from passing vehicles, and this extends to neighbors as well, with the thick walls allowing for peaceful silence at all hours of the day (I work from home 3 days a week, so this is a huge plus). Any minor issues that have occurred have been swiftly resolved by the maintenance team. Moving in was stress-free and having my own spot in an enclosed parking garage has been fantastic for Cleveland's notably sporadic weather. All-in-all a fantastic living experience.

I have stayed in a number of apartments in my life, but this was by far the best. Cherie is in charge of the leasing office, and she is extremely caring and really wants all of the tenants to be happy and successful. She is always very happy to help with anything you need. They are extremely accommodating with move in, move out, and apartment extensions (if they are necessary). I had an emergency at my work where I was not able to relocate 10 hours before I was supposed to move out. They were so helpful, and added 0 stress. I really felt they would do anything they could to help me. The maintenance team was also amazing. Very quick with help, and are always walking around making sure everything is safe and working. It is mostly an older community, which I really enjoyed. It was VERY quiet. I did not feel disturbed by noise a single time while living there for around a year and a half. The workout room is also not large, but people are rarely in there, which was amazing for me. It felt like my own personal workout room. It is also in a safe part of town.

Living here has been wonderful and the best possible place that we could have ended up.. The property management is thorough pretty management is throw and prompt about addressing any issues- and we rarely have issues to begin with. Cherie is lovely and the maintenance team does a great job.

Awful management. Apartment fire ruined many things and the management and owners told us there was nothing they could do and only paid for a few days of a hotel, then left us out to dry. Thankfully my parents were very accommodating and let us stay with them. Good luck getting to the office before they close it you work any normal hours. They open late and close early. Only good for elderly retired people. Probably the worst living experience we've ever had. Stay away!
