The units are well laid out, well maintained, and have a responsive management. Leases include rules for occupancy and children's behavior, so it's rare to come across an overcrowded neighbor, and there's no mobs of free-range kids roaming around. Management is prompt in responding for requests for maintenance, although the place is so well maintained usually anything that goes wrong is tenant caused, and not from lack of upkeep. Many of the buildings have lovely wooded views or views of the onsite pond. Because all roads are interior, and off the main public road, it's very quiet overall (except the few that like their car mufflers missing) Rent costs are fantastic, especially considering Mason is consistently ranked in many "Top Places to Live", no only in Ohio but nationally.
