    Compared to last apartment: Advantages: Minimal noise by other tenants, good experience with landlord, affordable rent, nice location, local staff great, free designated parking space free of snow, spacious for price, heat/air conditioning works great, nice landscaping, high selection of internet/cable Disadvantages: initial lease problems (both sides amicably compromised-only with main company, not HS), dogs only allowed at condos, no amenities. No side-walk in complex (need to walk on street)

    Appliances & Windows are out dated. Carpet is horrible. Pieced together in spots. A Lot of money for not having newer appliances, carpeting & windows.. To many resident's cooking with Kurri oil.. Smells horrible
