It is not an access controlled area. The air conditioner is a window unit shoved n the wall for the living room area. And there are no major renovations.

I'm only giving one star because I can't give zero. I moved here thinking it would be a better place to move but I should have known better because Lorraine was never welcoming. She would harass me regularly claiming that my neighbors made complaints, but instead of investigating she would constantly threaten me with an eviction. There was no talking to her. She was condescending and disrespectful and it's a wonder as to why the company continues to allow someone like this to work for them after all of the reviews of her being mean. Shall I get on the maintenance? How I had to wait years for my bathroom floor to get repaired? Should I also talk about how the maintenance guys would tease the only black maintenance man and send him to my home ONLY because I too was black? Or should I get on Russ and how he would take unauthorized photos in tenants apartments which is against tenant rights? I have filed a complaint with the housing authority. I was going to leave it alone and just move on but since Lorraine has continually tried to block me from being able to move by lying on the applications to other apartments I will be going full force. She is retaliating against me for no longer wanting to live there. They have made up lies not knowing I took videos of the whole place before I left and I screen shot my ledger. So every lie she has wrote on the documents to apartments I will show that in civil court. I have text messages from other tenants who go through the same thing. She even called one womans JOB and lied to try and get her fired. What kind of property manager does something so vile and SICK????? Never ever move here. I don't care if you're white, black or green. Take your money somewhere else. Shes miserable and angry with her life and she will try her best to ruin yours. If management doesn't make changes QUICK she will run them into the ground. Edited to add: How did I get a deposit back if I left the place so HORRID? God have mercy on her soul.

Lorraine was very helpful. She informed me of one apartment that is open, but it was 2 beds and I only wanted a one bedroom. I will continue to look there unless something else comes up.

I had ZERO experience and or call back from these folks. I am No longer interested.

Even with the holidays they responded rather quickly.

My biggest complaints are the traffic due to the proximity to the mall, the lack of A/C upstairs and the lack of dishwasher. The office staff was very nice and obviously cared for the place but the A/C, in particular, just made long term plans at this complex impossible for me.

Very clean and safe the apartment and town houses are keep in very good condition very close to the mall, restaurant, grocery store, movie theater just a ideal location

wonderful if you like drugs. which they sell out of the landscaping trailer constantly parked up front.
