Enjoyed my experience at Autumn Woods. The front office staff was great and always available when needed. Main Read Moretenance staff was amazing and so friendly, and prompt when something needed attention. Only major downfall was, I had one, small, window unit A/C for my whole apartment. Living on the 3rd floor in summer was sometimes miserable.

Autumn woods was uncooperative, dishonest, unresponsive, and irresponsible with my time and money. While the s Read Moretaff was friendly, they refused to work with me the one time I was late on my rent and insisted I pay the fine. When I moved out intequested a once over by the staff to ensure that I would not incur extra fees for painting or mantenace and was given the green light by a staffer, only for autumn woods to charge me additional fees a year later
