When you call the office they don't answer. Then they don't return your call. Problems getting things fixed. Then they raise your rent to higher than someone new coming in! I live here but not for much longer.

Had way too many issues. My roommate and I were young and just moving out on our own. I feel as though they tried to take advantage of that and tried to get more money out of us. Every time we turned around, we always like we owed them something and was never really given an answer as to why. Almost every week it felt like we owed something. Always paid rent on time but could never be up to date with what they wanted us to pay. Also, we sent in renters insurance probably about 10 times it felt like and they still said they didnt have it. Also another reason we owed so much. I feel like that was another reason to take advantage on young people starting of on their own. We didnt know how to stand up to them and not pay something we felt was unjustified because when talking to them about a certain bill issue, we felt intimidated by the office lady because she was being kind of rude to us while we were asking her about it. Not a bad townhome at all. Loved the place and would love to come back had it not been from the bad experience we had with the office.

Officer Ms.Joan is So nice and friendly, she take time to take me looking for my future home,patiently answered all my questions and get all the informs I need, the apartment is cleaned and have lots of space to use, whole community are quiet and cleaned, well maintained and look very nice. Also this place close to Dayton mall and I741 and I725 that is very convenient to go anywhere early .I cant wait to move in when my apartment is ready for me.

There has been a lot of construction that has been very disturbing and we were given no notice of the noise inconvenience as the construction went in for weeks . The parking is very very limited . We have had very poor experiences when dealing with offic staff and maintenance issues are poorly taken care of .
