    Such an awful complex to live in. So so so unhappy & disastified with not only the maintence but the energy company, the leasing staff, quality of their apartments, etc. would Highly NOT recommend this complex for anybody unless you need somewhere cheap & immediate for a short term stay.

    Air conditioner was an in wall mount in the living room and did not do anything for the bedroom where I needed it. Especially since I often worked all night long and slept during the day this became a problem sometimes.

    Maintenance was awful; sloppy and not thorough. The neighbor kids were loud and destroyed my property. I would not recommend anyone live there. The indoor was nice. It was great for my child and I to get away during the cold months.

    My apartment is OK and is a safe. Reasonable service. Nice and friendly employees. Good neighborhood and schools. Older buildings, amenities and appliances. Needs a little TLC. Good curb side appeal. The corporate office more concerned with money than people.

    It is a safe community, my family & I enjoy the amenities such as the pool & my daughter loves the play ground & feeding the ducks, the track around the lake, the park like setting, the staff in all departments have went out of their way to take care of any need for maintenance or concerns we have had, the leasing department was very efficient to meet our housing needs, very knowledgeable, friendly, & helpful! Our suite has tons of closet space, & very spacious!
